1. Agreement to Terms

These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of Spray Squad services including but not limited to:

• Mold remediation and prevention services

• Brush clearing and land management services

2. Service Terms

Scheduling & Appointments

Services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to complete services on scheduled dates but reserve the right to reschedule due to:

• Inclement weather (rain, high winds, extreme temperatures)
• Safety concerns
• Emergency situations
• Equipment issues

Property Access

By scheduling service, you grant Spray Squad permission to access your property to perform the requested services. Please ensure:

• Gates are unlocked or access codes are provided
• Pets are secured during service
• Irrigation systems are turned off if requested
• Any specific instructions are communicated in advance

Service Effectiveness

Results may vary based on environmental factors, property conditions and the severity of pest or mold issues. Our treatments are designed to significantly reduce pest populations and mold growth, but we cannot guarantee complete elimination due to factors outside our control.

3. Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are quoted in US dollars. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions and scope of work required.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, check and electronic bank transfer. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Late Payments

Accounts past due by 30 days may be subject to service suspension. We reserve the right to charge interest on past-due balances at the rate of 1.5% per month.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Subscription Services

For recurring service plans (monthly, seasonal, annual), you may cancel future services by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next scheduled service date.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work to resolve the issue, which may include re-treatment at no additional cost. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with your service, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right with a complimentary re-treatment.

Limitations

Our guarantee does not cover:

• Issues caused by weather events after treatment
• Re-infestation from untreated neighboring properties
• Conditions that require structural repairs (water leaks, drainage issues)
• Problems arising from customer actions that contradict our recommendations

6. Limitation of Liability

Spray Squad is fully licensed (#14781) and insured in the State of Georgia. While we take every precaution to provide safe and effective services:

• We are not liable for damage to plants, grass, or landscaping that may occur as a natural result of treatment application, unless due to our negligence.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage that was present before our service.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All our products are EPA-approved and applied according to manufacturer specifications. We use natural, non-toxic treatments that are safe for families, pets and the environment when used as directed.

7. Product Safety & Re-Entry

We use EPA-registered products including hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and other natural treatments that are:

• Safe for children and pets after the recommended drying period
• Non-toxic and environmentally friendly
• Manufactured by our parent company, Southland Organics

Re-entry times vary by service:

• Mosquito/Pest Control: Safe after spray dries (typically 30 minutes to 1 hour)
• Mold Remediation: Re-enter after 1 hour; air quality testing confirms safety
• Lawn Care: Wait until dry before allowing foot traffic

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Spray Squad and Southland Organics or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from this website without prior written permission.

9. Website Use
